It is possible but it would look out of place.I'm sticking with only 1 number since that's how the other soldiers are.

Trying to recreate my own image of the citadel(at least as far as my skills can allow me).Not finished but when i saw the result for the first time it kinda gave me the creeps for a split second .

the skybox map is kinda in your actual map, so every part of the skybox map touching the real map is presented in black. your orientation is still fucked up

the map is black since i removed the lights that were ligthing the citadel.i'll work on the blacknes eventually.

Looks real nice, but the roof part is sticking out a bit too much in my eyes. It might just be me though, pretty tired too.

i took that pic in the edge of the building so that's why it's sticking out.when you are inside you can see parts of the citadel.btw i made the map is dark on purpose.My version of City 17 isn't some semi bright,semi dark city.It's DARK.And the citadel is something enormous(didn't make it look that good in the map yet).You only see it's giant shape in the darkness but you never realise what it actually is until you enter it and find out that it's a lot more then a giant tower...(end of story for now )
EDIT:If you meant the citadel's roof i'll use a different one later in the maps.this one is just for testing(it came with the skybox)
