Red Faction: Guerrilla

(the first Kata review of many more to come)





Its a fun lil game.

The story is your generic scifi rebellion plot,
But the game play is O-so satisfying.

Blowing the fuck nuggets out of buildings and smashing people in the face with a sledgehammer are what makes this game great.



Sadly the multi-player is very very very UNDERrated.
I have had a lot of fun with it.
It has multiple modes like the standard CTF and DM/TDM.
But then it has demolition mode. . .
Each team has a base and a crazy ass repairing gun type thing.
The objective is to destroy the other team's base first.

It's more fun that you really think it would be.


You can get in a car and drive to other sections of this massive martian open world setting.

One of my favorite things to do is strap like twenty bombs to a car and drive it through a building and set them off!


I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to just sit back relax and BLOW THE FUCK OUT OF EVERY THING!
So I give this game an 8 out of 10 and one furry thumb up! =D

Took me about 4 days to finish this game but only because i was deliberately going around trying to find those mech suit things and not blow up just fukn walking thru buildings was please enough

Oh and there is something slightly sexually stimulating about using the nano rifle to carefully knock down a building with strategic shots ;D
