see I have a buddy, who's dad is Wes Johnson "voice of mr.burke and the imperial guards"
and I knew bethesda had a legal dispute with interplay

I talked with my bud, and he talked with his dad, who talked with the legal guys, and this project is a-go

proof:
in a press conferance Bethesda said
"...a certain employee, a very important employee, said a flaw in the contract was brought to his attention..."

no my friend's dad works for Bethesda

and I pointed out a problem in the contract to him
he sowed his dad
his dad showed some f the legal guys at Bethesda and then they resolved the issue with interplay

Meh, it was gonna survive anyway. ZeniMax could only profit from this. That, and let's be perfectly honest, it would have been spotted anyway.
