Spore looked so awesome in the old videos, the final product is kind of dull, The Sims 2... sucks cause they released a clusterfuck of expansions and addons.

too many addons, so if you ever hope to get a mod, you have to get $1,000,000,000 worth of addons

Spore is awesome with the galactic adventures expansion, much better than it was

Spore sucks old mans dick. They should have let it like it was in beta. In Beta you were allowed to stay as long in a Phase as you want, there was a bit blood, and it was not all that kiddie-Sims-Creature shit it is today.

I liked the idea of dragging the pray away from other foes, wasn't a big deal but it was fun to watch, also there where a few more phases, the way the creatures walked looked more realistic, the editors were also more awesome in the older build. They sacrificed all good things for the kids...
