Seriously idk how Valve were able to come up with such a shitty voice actor for the sniper when some of the people working on TF2 like Robin Walker are aussie and would know that we don't speak like that.
I'm pretty sure whoever did the voiceover for the Sniper is either American or British Neutral

EDIT: it was this guy http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0523287/ doesn't have his nationality tho but i'm assuming american
