The "black" roof is black becouse valve made it that way.The lamps illuminate only the floor.The upper part of the cave logically remains black.As for the strange stone texture it's an experiment I did with Filter Forge.I will change it soon.

Looks cool. The black roof does look a bit weird though.

nono, it's logical that the roof is not illuminated MUCH, but a LITTLE should be due to the lightning reflections of the environment

I'll look into this later.For now I'm conentrating on the overall atmosphere of the map + music, sounds and all that fancy shit (and of course the gameplay).

Fixed both the black roof and the stone texture in 1 strike.


The Destroyed lift (result of freeman using the antlions to blow up some highly explosive silos on the upper level).Still WIP the light is supposed to be coming from fire if you didn't figure it out.

Simply place a light on down there, flickering on and off and sparking (make the ywlllow glow flicker to, looks more moody and atmospheric then). Also although i like it
