| Steam won't open any more and when I try deleting the clientregistry.blob file and opening it back up I crash with an error that says - Code:

Steam.exe (main exception): ERROR: Copying SteamNew.exe to Steam.exe failed, Win32 Error 32 "The process cannot access the file because the file is being used by another process" In short, I will never be able to run steam on this computer again, EVER. Even If I re-install then I'm still gonna get this fucking bullshit error. | |
